APARTMENT REVIEWS IN Millcreek

So I have lived at this complex for nearly 4 years now, and in that time this place has definitely had its ups and it's downs. Until about a year ago, the apartments had been under the same management staff that had managed the apartments for years and years. About a year ago, the company that owns the complex brought in new management. Since that time much had changed and none of it for the worse. It used to be that getting sometime to actually respond and follow through to a maintenance request was absolutely hell. No longer the case. It has new maintenance workers and a new maintenance manager. They even went through the old work orders and came to my door asking me about issues that had somehow gotten lost in the system years before. And while I have always liked this place, I was about to leave for a place with more consistency, but since the new management has taken over, things have really smoothed out. This is a great place especially for the money.

We have been moving here for 2 weeks and the service has been excellent, all the staff is very friendly, there was some damage to the apartment and it was taken care of immediately. We are very happy.

Lois is the most fantastic customer service representative. No matter what, she is always on my side and willing to go above and beyond to help; I had a legal issue with the management group, and Lois was so supportive in providing me with everything I needed and more. She has the best attitude I have ever seen in a leasing office!

It was a great experience with Leginska. She helped me a lot with all of my doubts and the questions I had at the time to apply. The apartments are awesome, spacious and the amenities are lovely. She gave me a very detailed tour with all the information I needed.

I really do love living here, I would like to thank Lois for finally getting my air conditioning fixed after me trying to tell people for 4 years it was something wrong with it anyway thanks again
