I lived at Artesian several years. The apartment was nice and overall it was a good experience. I want to thank Kennedi from the leasing office for her professionalism and knowledge. I could always count on her to respond to any concern I had. I also appreciated Melody, Andrea and Tim who no longer work at the complex - Artesian's loss, great employees. No complex is perfect but the fire alarm situation needs improvement. The leasing office also needs restructuring to give current tenants an opportunity to bring their concerns to management. Artesian charged me half of my deposit for cleaning (the place was cleaner than when I moved in) and painting (the walls were clean and spotless). When I moved in, management had 2 weeks to clean and paint but maintenance told me they did nothing. I waited 2 more days for maintenance to do touch up painting (just in the living room) otherwise I'd have to wait longer. When I moved in I cleaned the apartment. The stove had a bad odor, washer was filthy (worse than Laundromat). I waited 2 weeks before the washer was fixed. The dryer lint area was never cleaned out and it's difficult to remove compact lint. There were other problems too. Artesian, well they didn't surprise me when they took some of my deposit. Sadly, so many complexes are like this. Some of the staff were not nice either, but this is the world we live in.

So I have lived at this complex for nearly 4 years now, and in that time this place has definitely had its ups and it's downs. Until about a year ago, the apartments had been under the same management staff that had managed the apartments for years and years. About a year ago, the company that owns the complex brought in new management. Since that time much had changed and none of it for the worse. It used to be that getting sometime to actually respond and follow through to a maintenance request was absolutely hell. No longer the case. It has new maintenance workers and a new maintenance manager. They even went through the old work orders and came to my door asking me about issues that had somehow gotten lost in the system years before. And while I have always liked this place, I was about to leave for a place with more consistency, but since the new management has taken over, things have really smoothed out. This is a great place especially for the money.

I just want to start by saying that while most of the negative comments by previous reviewers were technically accurate, they weren't completely fair. I've lived here for four years and I absolutely love it. I don’t see myself moving any time soon. I may feel less irked by some of the things other reviewers mentioned, which is probably due to the fact that I've lived in apartments for my entire adult life. Opinions are relative. Staff: yes, the service itself leaves much to be desired. However, I think it's more of a staffing issue than anything else. All of the complaints about maintenance, cleanliness, etc could all be addressed by adding additional staff. The people themselves are always working hard every time I see them. They are always slammed. Always busy, but they are great people. The lady that cleans the hallways is one of my favorite people ever, and they have definitely improved the general "cleanliness" since some of the previous reviews. They are working hard to address any issues, and I think that is worth noting. The inaccessibility of amenities is obnoxious. As mentioned by other reviewers, the pool is often closed and you cannot use the club house without paying a huge deposit. The fire pits are often broken as are doors and garage doors. I still think this is more of a staffing/parts issue than actual negligence by the staff. The gym is fantastic, and when everything is working, it is all top tier. I love the outdoor grills, and the hot tub is year round. The safety of the apartment (car break ins, transients in the hallway etc.) are issues that every single complex in the area experiences. We are located in a highly populated area near Trax. I have lived in several other complexes in the area, and this is by far the safest. The interior is beautiful, the grounds are beautiful, and the location is centralized. The staff is very nice, and although I think they could use some additional staff and training, they are all very lovely and helpful individuals. I also love most of my neighbors. The "cons" simply do not outweigh the "pros" of living here, and I would recommend the complex to anyone who asked.

My boyfriend and I took a tour of Artesian Springs and absolutely LOVED this apartment shopping experience, the staff was so kind! Lily is who greeted us and took us on a tour, she told us tons about the property, its layout, and what kinda stuff they offered. And holy cow by the way- YEAR ROUND HOT TUB!! After the tour, she sat down with us and actually info-loaded us with information on their low income apartments. We are newbies on renting so apartment hunting was definitely intimidating at first, but no questions were bad questions with Lily which was so relieving. We left feeling not only really informed but also prepared!! This girl was writing down ALL our questions and making sure we had the answers on the papers we were taking with us. We also had TONS of in depth questions about how their low income apartments even worked, Lily and Andrea together were a dream pair with breaking down the process and explaining everything.

this review is on behalf of my elderly grandma who doesn’t use google but heard you can leave reviews so she insists the public must know: my grandma and her gal friends live at Artesian Springs and love it there! they’re retired so they just enjoy the amenities all day. they enjoy the pool in the summer, hot tub in the winter, and the gym all the time! not to mention she LOVES the staff they have there, they’re all so kind and actually give her time out of their day. they look her issues rather than brush you off. she says their maintenance team just keeps getting better through the years too, a week tops to get someone in and addressing any issues she has in her apartment. the office staff are so kind and professional too! those ladies mean business and try to help with anything!

Just moved in. Quiet, clean, and the most friendly folks in the office. Very pleased. Recently I moved out to the coast. However, for 2 1/2 years I called Artesian Springs Apartments my home. My apartment was quiet, convenient, and I always felt safe there. The grounds were very well kept at all times. Although I only needed the maintenance team a couple of times, they were still so quick to respond. I did not have a single negative experience with any office personal. Julie, the property manager, was so awesome. She was always friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to work with me on any issue that I had going on. My hope is that EMG understands and appreciates the value that Julie brings with her to the job every day.

Over all, this is a good place to live. I had a few concerns about safety but management is doing their best to male sure the complex is safe. The apartments are beautiful and very well laid out, the pool and gym are nice, and they have secure 24 hour package pickup available. The location is ok but not great, close to the freeway but far from any supermarkets or gyms. The office staff is awesome though, they were very accommodating when I had to terminate my lease early and were always willing to help me when I had an issue. They also do not nickle and dime their tenants as much as other complexes nearby. Over all I would recommend.

My wife and I have loved our time spent at Artesian Springs. We are sad to be leaving for medical school! It was awesome being the first tenants in a brand new apartment. We haven't had any issues with noise from our neighbors or maintenance problems with our apartment, and the ammenities are great! Would highly recommend the subsidized housing option. You can't get a better, more beautiful apartment for the price. We have been super lucky to live here.

A great place to live, in a first class environment at a much lower price....Every day I am surprised by the quality of Service and the environment , I am rally happy in my aparment, it is very safe, calm to reach rest after a day of work. My aparment is modern, luxurious and functional. My parking is private and totally covered, I do not have to worried about rain, snow or the intense heat of summer. This place is strategically located, I can arrive in minutes downtown, or at any other point of the Valley. I would also like to mention , it is beautiful gardens, an unbeatable place to barbecue. I love the gym, the billiard room, its pool as ...hot tube . I love the elevator too....my knees can rest without the need to climb innumerable steps. I can only say that this is a great place to live.

We've lived at Artesian Springs for several months and can't say enough about this place! It's clean, quiet and safe. I love how close it is to the freeway and my wife loves that it's close to Fashion Place Mall... haha. It's in a great location--and I can't wait to see more buildout in the area. Our apartment is just the right size for a family of three. With a new baby we were a little hesitant to move into a building so big because of noise waking our baby but we have been surprised by how quiet our unit is. It seems like every day more improvements are made, like bbq grills, fire pits and big hot tubs. We're getting more than what we bargained for that's fersure!

Beautiful apartments and awesome amenities! The apartments here are beautiful in almost every way. The appliances are simple but are quite nice and match the rest of the finishes in the units. The counter top and cabinets look so great together and leaves a great visual appeal. The units are pretty good sized comparable to others in the salt lake area. The amenities are awesome; featuring: A swimming pool, 2 club houses, 2 fitness centers, dog park, basketball court, BBQ and fireplaces and more!!! The apartment is located just a few minutes walk to the trac station. The exterior of the building has a nice, modern aged look, mixing all kinds of finishes which all work together to make a beautiful looking building! The management team is great to work with! They are generally pretty busy, as their is a lot to do from day to day, But they do care about the building and helping to make the tenants happy 10/10 recommend!!!!

As a huge supporter of and advocate for affordable housing I have watched Artesian Springs since building began. Nowhere else will you find better "bang for your buck". It was hard for me to decide between Artesian Springs and sister property Birkhill, next door, but ultimately Artesian Springs modern design is more my style. My favorite thing? The large kitchen with black granite countertops and white cabinetry. Artesian Springs offers luxury that you rarely find in any apartment without breaking the bank.
